The old adage says that “birds of the same feather flock together”. Indeed it is true that birds of same feathers always eat, fly and nest together, same applies to people with a common purpose, they work together.
I can ask a question, do birds of the same feather flock together?
In context the Kalatu Blog, the common good for the members of the Beta Testers Face book Group is the notion that we all want to succeed in the internet business. I know that members have diverse backgrounds and professions.
So in the context of our common good the members of this Facebook Group are birds of the same feathers. We are following the same rules and regulations of the group. If you break the rules and regulations you will be ruled offside.
Depending on the severity of the offence to the group you may even be expelled from the group and from the company. It is my desire that we will not go to such an extent, so everyone has to obey the rules and be team players.
People with a similar goal work together for they relate to each other in terms of theirs goal. The Forum for this group is a venue for people with a common purpose. The common purpose of succeeding in the internet business and to help other people especially those in need. The members are active in the forum because they believe in their work.
The team work has been great in our Facebook Group and it can be related to this quote, “Individual commitment to a group effort- that is what makes a team work, a company work, a society work, a civilization work.” – Vince Lombardi.
The strength of our team lies in the individual member who is unique and different from the other. Each member is special and contributing to the development of the group.
The beauty of this team is that most of us have never met in person but because of the common good, we are moving forward together and this gives happiness and joy. I am looking forward to the day when most of the team member will say “we have done” and meet at an event.
The Kalatu Blog is scoring successes because of the team work and the foundation which has been laid by the promoters of the Blog. Since day one, the team members have been busy building trust among ourselves.
In this group generally, we receive helpful tips and we are able to compare notes. Our personal interests and aspirations in the group vary but we have some common objectives and one common goal.
We all want to success in our internet business and to contribute to one common goal of improving the quality of life for all humanity.
Those who have not joined the Kalatu blog, this is the opportunity to join the Team Building Formula.
